ePayments clients can receive system notifications via the following communication channels:

  • e-mail
  • push-notifications in the mobile application

All notifications are free of charge. You can acquaint yourself with the types of notifications and change your subscriptions in the “Settings” menu – “Notifications” in your personal area.

Push-notifications for completing financial operations are also available on our mobile application for iOS and Android. You can change their parameters in the application’s settings menu.

⚠Important: be vigilant when receiving any financial notifications.

You can be sure that the message was sent by ePayments by looking for the following signs:

  • Your name and surname are indicated in full in the notification, the same as in your personal area
  • Our support team never will never ask for your e-mail password or telephone passcode
