How to start registration

Registering on ePayments system is really quick and simple! You can do it:

  • on our website (for personal or business accounts);
  • on our mobile applications for iOS and Android operating systems (only for personal accounts).

Important: our system’s rules allow only for one account per person. Lost access to your old account? Restore it by using the password restore form.

Your choice of account type depends on your needs:

a personal account is ideal for receiving payouts from employers and partners, for carrying out purchases on the internet, for withdrawing funds at ATMs and for other personal uses

- a business account would be ideal for you if you wish to make out payments to your employees or agents

Step 1. Registration

To start registering follow the link and enter your username. This can be an email address or phone number in its international format.

Then fill in the following fields:

Promotional code

If you are registering via an affiliate or bonus link, this field will already be filled in for you.


We recommend you use the most complicated password possible, which contains letters, numbers and symbols. It should be no fewer than 8 characters long.

Password validity period

This will help remind you to regularly change your password for added account security. You can also select a permanent password.

Confirmation code

A six-character code will be sent to your phone number or email address to confirm registration. If the code has been sent to your phone number, it will be valid for a 10-minute period. If it has been sent to your email address it will be valid for a 24-hour period.

If you have not received any code, make the request it again, making sure in advance that:

  1. The email with the code has not ended up in your “Spam” box
  2. You have enough space on your mobile device.

If the code still does not appear, please contact us.

After filling in all fields please click on “Confirm” and you will enter your personal area, where you can start filling in your personal details.


Step 2. Enter your personal details

Important: Please enter only verifiable information. This information will be subsequently checked during the account verification process, and is also used for restoring access to the account. Personal details (for example, your surname or an incorrectly entered citizenship) can only be changed by contacting the support team.

Please fill in all fields. In the “Name” and “Surname” fields please enter the information using Latin letters in accordance with the details in your passport (or other document confirming your identity).

As an alternative username you can enter your email or phone number.

The system will then request that you create a payment password.


Step 3. Payment password


The payment password is essential for confirming transfers from your ePayments personal area. Be sure to memorise it and do not give it to anybody.

Next you can order an ePayments card. This step is not obligatory - if necessary you can order a card later at any time.

After saving your personal details and payment password you may start the account verification, it will give you full access to all the financial operations and ePayments card using - you can find out more here.

Do not forget to protect your account.
