In your personal area you can independently change the email address and phone number provided when you signed up. To do this you need to go to the “Phone and email” section in the “Settings” menu.
To make any changes, click on the pencil icon next to the information which needs changing.
When you click this icon, enter the new contact details and your password to your personal area in the window that opens, then wait for a confirmation code.
If you wish to change your phone number but no longer have access to your current number, please contact us and we will help to change it.
If you wish to change other personal details:
Personal details (name and surname, date of birth, citizenship, details of a document confirming your identity) can be changed if they were incorrectly provided or if, for example, you changed your surname upon marriage, renewed a passport, moved abroad etc. In all such cases in order to make any changes you will need to upload a document which can confirm the correct/up-to-date details on the “Settings” page under the “Upload document” section. This document can be either a passport, a driving license or an ID card.
After the document has been uploaded please write to us via the ticket service and we will update the relevant information.
