Payment transaction for provided services

This option of transferring funds is available to verified account holders. Find out how to start the verification process right now.

It enables you to make payments for provided services to another ePayments account holder from your e-Wallet by using the recipient's e-Wallet number, email or phone number. If the client is already registered, the funds will be credited instantly after payment has been made. If the recipient is not yet registered, the money will be credited to the e-Wallet balance immediately after the account has been created with the contact details of the transfer where funds were sent. If the recipient does not register within 14 days the money will be returned to the sender’s e-Wallet.

Transfers are processed instantly.

Currencies

Funds can be sent in USD, EUR, RUB and will be credited to the corresponding section of the recipient’s e-Wallet.

Limits

You can view the limits to this type of operation in your personal area on the “Payments and Transfers” page “To another account”. Limits depend on recipient account's verification status.

Processing

To complete this type of transfer you must enter, in order:

  • the currency section from which the transfer will be sent
  • the recipient’s personal identifier. This can be the ePayments e-Wallet number in XXX-XXXXXX format or their email address/phone number. If the client is already registered and verified, the transfer will be instantly credited to him/her after it is sent. If the transfer recipient has not yet registered, the money will be credited to his/her e-Wallet balance immediately after the account is registered and verified with the contact details the transfer was sent to. If the recipient does not register within 14 days the money is returned to the sender’s e-Wallet.
  • transfer amount
  • transfer details (optional). The recipient will see this information in the incoming transaction details in his/her account.

Then, check all details entered one more time and confirm the transfer by using your payment password*. Once the transaction is complete you can create a payment template**.

Transferring to another account is available on the mobile application for iOS and Android.

Mass payments to ePayments users

It is possible to transfer money within the system to several ePayments clients, for which you can use the “To ePayments users” option on the “Payments and Transfers” page.

You can set up mass payments by adding recipients with the “+” button, or uploading a CSV file according to the example. Then, check all details entered one more time and confirm the transfer by using your payment password*.
