Transfer times

The transfer will be credited to the recipient’s card from several minutes to a period of up to 5 working days*- the precise time depends on the payment processing speed of the card’s issuing bank.


You can send funds from any ePayments e-Wallet currency section.


Limits for this operation can be viewed in your personal area on the “Payments and Transfers” → “To bank card” page after entering the card number.

⚠Important: After confirming the transfer it is not possible to cancel the operation, so please be careful when entering the card number.

Choose the e-Wallet currency section from which you wish to make the transfer, enter the card number, the name on the card and the amount to be sent. If the card is non-personalised, enter the cardholder's name.

The “Incoming amount” field shows how much will be sent to the card. By default, we show the amount in the currency of the currency section of the e-Wallet which you selected in the “From account” field. You can change the currency - the exchange rate will be shown on the same line.

If the transfer currency is different from the currency of the recipient's card, the card's issuing bank will convert the funds according to its own exchange rate when crediting the funds. The amount to be debited from the e-Wallet (“Amount with fees”) will be calculated automatically by the system and displayed on the central panel.
