You can view the card delivery times for each shipping method in the “Delivery cost and times” article.
If the delivery times have passed and the card has not yet arrived:
- use the tracking code received to find out where it is, or get in touch with the delivery service to arrange to receive your letter
- if the shipping method you selected does not offer a tracking code, contact your local post office branch, as it is possible that your letter for some reason was not delivered to your home and is being kept for you at the post office.
