Please verify your account if you’re ready to take advantage of all ePayments services. Verification process consists of several steps:
1. How will you use ePayments?
Please tell us, how you plan to use your ePayments account.
Choose the type of account, which suits you best:
- Individual account works best for managing your personal finances and performing operations, which are not connected with business.
- Freelancer uses the account for business purposes (for example, for making payments to their customers or partners)
Take a moment to answer additional questions about the turnover and the business activity (only for freelancers).
2. How do you want to verify your account?
Please choose how you’d like to upload your documents. You can download them from the storage on your device and send them directly from the site, or you can use Telegram Passport.

3. Confirm your alternative contact details
Please confirm your alternative contact (telephone number). You will receive a confirmation code to this contact. Enter the code into the corresponding field if you want to continue.
4. Confirm your identity
Confirmation of identity consists of two steps. First, we will ask you to choose your country of citizenship and the type of personal identification document. You can find the list of acceptable documents here.
After that, we will ask you to provide the following information:
- document number and expiration date. If your document doesn’t carry this information, you can tick the field “Documents without expiration date”
- please use the form to upload your documents, retaining acceptable image quality.

5. What is your residential address?
Confirmation of address consists of two steps.
We will ask you to enter the actual residential address. Please make sure that the information you enter fully matches the information in the address confirmation document. You can find the list of acceptable documents here.
The next step is uploading of the confirmation document.
Please choose acceptable type of document from the list and upload it using the form on the site.

6. Wait for our response
When you successfully submit verification request, we’ll confirm that we’ve received your documents and advise when to expect a reply from us. We’ll contact you by email as soon as we have checked all the documents.
Verification via Telegram
If you choose to verify your account through "Telegram Passport", a pop-up window will appear, which will prompt you to proceed to the Telegram application:
If you confirm, the messenger window will open, where:
- you will either see a chat with Telegram bot (@telegrampassport), if you haven’t provided your personal information to Telegram previously,
- you will be prompted to confirm your consent to share your personal details with ePayments, if you have already verified with Telegram.
If you haven’t verified with Telegram previously, after pressing “Telegram Passport” the window will pop-up, where you’ll be asked to enter the password for 2-Factor authorization in Telegram:
Please press "Create a password" and enter a password and email:
When you enter the data, please press "Save”. You will receive a confirmation link to the email address that you’ve entered previously. Follow the link and press “OK” in the Telegram window:
Next, you’ll see a verification menu, containing 3 steps:
You can follow those steps in any order.
1. Confirmation of identity
When you press "Identity document", you’ll be asked to choose a type of document and upload it:
When the document is uploaded successfully, you will be asked to fill in the personal details and document data:
Please fill in the form and press "Save". If the data was entered correctly, you’ll see the main screen with a checked "Identity document" step:
2. Confirmation of address
When you press "Residential address", you’ll be prompted to choose the type of document and upload it.
When the document is uploaded successfully, you’ll be asked to fill in the address form:
Fill in the address details and press "Save. If data was entered correctly, you’ll see the main screen with checked "Residential address”.
3. Confirmation of telephone number
When you press "Phone number", you’ll be prompted to enter the phone number:
Please enter the phone number and press Save". You’ll receive a confirmation code to this phone number, please enter the code in the following window:
Enter the code and press "Sumbit". If the code was entered correctly, you'll see the main screen, with all verification steps checked:
Please press "Authorize" to send your request for verification. When this is done, you'll receive a notification "Authorization successfull" and will be automatically transferred to the personal area on the ePayments page. You’ll see a notification that your verification request was received:
