How to verify a corporate account

Enter your personal area to begin verification. To submit the application, please complete all sections:

  • account holder
  • company info
  • purpose
  • ultimate beneficiary owners
  • company documents

1. Account holder

Please complete the following sections with information about the account holder:

  • personal details
  • address
  • proof of identity
  • proof of address

1) Personal details

Provide information about the account holder:

  • nationality
  • first name (in Latin)
  • last name (in Latin)
  • date of birth (DD.MM.YYYY). Please be aware that the service is only available for clients aged 18 years and above

Turn the switch to the active position if the account holder is a UBO of the company. If necessary, please provide his/her position and holding percentage in the company.

Click Continue.

🛈 Only provide accurate information. This data will be checked, and will subsequently be used to restore access to the account.

2) Address

Enter the account holders's full residential address, which you can confirm (see Proof of address):

  • country
  • postcode
  • state/region
  • city
  • address line: street name, house number and apartment number

Click Continue.

3) Proof of identity

Choose a document to confirm the account holder's identity:

  • international passport
  • driving license
  • ID-card

🛈 We accept documents in Latin or Cyrillic. Otherwise you will need to attach a notarised translation to the original.

Click Upload or drag & drop the file to the highlighted section to upload a high-quality photo/scan of the document or the document itself in electronic form. You can find out more about our requirements for uploaded files here.

Provide the document's expiry date. Click Continue.

4) Proof of address

Choose a document to confirm the account holder's address:

  • utility bill (gas, water, electricity, landline telephone)
  • bank statement with account transaction history (card statements are not accepted)
  • mortgage (home loan) statement
  • certificate of voter registration (but not voting cards)
  • government issued correspondence from the jurisdiction of the applicant (tax returns/assessments)

Click Continue.

2. Company information

Please complete the following sections with information regarding your company:

  • company info
  • address

1) Company information

Please fill in all the following fields:

  • country of incorporation (please note the list of countries in which ePayments does not provide its services)
  • business type
  • industry type
  • legal name
  • trading name
  • registration number
  • date of incorporation (DD.MM.YYYY)
  • website

Turn the switch to the active position if the company is publicly traded.

Click Continue.

2) Company address

Provide your company's legal address:

  • country
  • postcode
  • state/region
  • city
  • address line: street name, building number, complex number (if applicable) and office number

Change the slider to active if the trading address is the same as company  (if not - provide another trading address).

3. Purpose

Provide additional information by selecting one of the options in each field. Click Continue.

Provide financial information by selecting one of the options in each field. Click Continue.

4. Ultimate beneficiaries

Click Add UBO and provide information about the ultimate beneficiary (or ultimate beneficiaries if there are several):

  • provide his/her personal details
  • provide his/her residential address
  • upload a document confirming his/her identity
  • upload a document confirming his/her residential address

You have already carried out analogous actions (see Account holder). Repeat these steps, providing information about the ultimate beneficiary by uploading his/her documents.

5. Company documents

Click Upload, to attach the following company documents:

  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Memorandum & Articles of Association
  • Register of Directors
  • Register of Shareholders
  • Declaration of Trust (if any)
  • Company structure illustrating shareholder structure
  • Authorised signatory list

Change the slider to active if the company's country of registration requires a license to provide goods/services. In this case please also provide the country of the license and a link to the license (if there is no link, upload the license as a file).

Click Save.

Send the application

Click Send to verify after completing all sections and providing all the necessary information. We will receive your application and begin verification. The initial application review takes place within 1 day. Sometimes this can take up to 3 days. After completing verification you will receive an email notification.
