If you need to prove that you own an account in our system, you can receive a document called Account Confirmation.
The signed document contains your name, address and wallet number and is available in English only.
In order to receive this document, please go to Settings → the Account section → the Receive Account Confirmation tab.
At the stage of Selecting bank details (if it appears), please select bank account details for the document and then click Send.
If you see a message: “Incorrect details”, then you entered the wrong account details. Please check your information and try to proceed once again.
After successful completion, a document confirming account ownership will be sent to your verified email.
