If you forgot your password, use this link to reset it and regain access to your account. Here are the guidelines for the process:
- Go to the authorisation web page or the ePayments mobile app.
- Click Forgot password?
- Specify the email or phone number linked to your ePayments account in the password recovery form and click on Recover.
- You’ll receive a confirmation code to your phone number or email. Please enter it in the corresponding field.
- Create a new password and set its expiry date. Click on Confirm.
If your account is verified, you will be prompted to go through the identification process to recover your password. Follow the onscreen steps. Please do not close the application or interrupt the process until it is fully completed.
Here you go! Your password has been successfully changed. A notification will be sent to you by email.
