How to restore my password

If you forgot your password, use this link to reset it and regain access to your account. Here are the guidelines for the process:

  1. Go to the authorisation web page or the ePayments mobile app.
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. Specify the email or phone number linked to your ePayments account in the password recovery form and click on Recover.
  4. After entering an email or phone number, you'll be prompted to enter the postcode of your last verified address in our system as an additional security measure.
  5. You’ll receive a confirmation code to your phone number or email. Please enter it in the corresponding field.
  6. Create a new password and set its expiry date. Click on Confirm.

Here you go! Your password has been successfully changed. A notification will be sent to you by email.
