Please note that a refund payment is available via one transaction only. In case you have funds in different currency sections of your e-Wallet, please make sure to convert them into one currency and create a transfer for your full balance.
To withdraw your funds from your ePayments account, you need to:
- Create a payment to your corporate bank account in your personal area following the instructions in the section How to create a payment
- Provide us with a document to confirm ownership of the beneficiary bank account to which you have requested a refund. Corporate bank account verification section will provide you with detailed requirements for the documents as well as instructions on how to send it to us.
